Phal NoID with Keikis and Blooms Female

I'm trying to bump this post up. I am wondering if I should cut off the bloom spike. The roots seem to be doing ok so far. The oldest leaf is a lot more shriveled now though. I'd like to keep the keikis if possible. If I cut off the blooms will it help the mother plant? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
