phal growers near Seattle

I just moved to 18 miles South of Seattle. Humidity here is much higher then in Minnesota, currently over 70% in our apartment. I'm thinking there could be disease problems at this temp and humidity. I have set up in a south facing window, but I am thinking that light is going to still be lacking. I am expecting to need some T5's. Looking for other growers in this area for some tips/advice. Thanks All
