broken leaf

One of my new leaves has been dameged I wanted to know if there is any thing I can do for it.

I can't see the photo but I will assume it is a phal. I have broken them, too, and I usully don't worry too much as a new leaf eventually starts.

I got the photos up, you can see some of the marks but it is really bad and some of the other leaves are broken too

It's going to be fine! There's still a lot of attached tissue, and the phal will have no issue utilizing and growing that leaf as usual. If it's a fresh wound you can sprinkle cinnamon on it just to be safe, or you can just let it dry out. The plant will not be harmed and will grow as usual.
