Arrow my leaves have gone floppy

Hi,
I have a phalaenopsis orchid that was doing really well, but now one of the bottom leaves has gone floppy and is a little wrinkled, . I dont know if I over watered it or if it is just dropping off an old leaf, or if I have something else going on. If any one knows what is going on, I would appreciate it.

Well, it is probably either under watering or over watering; or was the leaf damaged in any way? Can you inspect the roots? Is it in a clear plastic pot? You will need to determine if the roots are OK.

Is it the bottim-most leaf? It may be just shedding the old leaf. Or there could be a root issue... best to check them...

Hi whiterabbit is there a way to check the roots without taking it out of the pot. Because I was looking at them without taking them out of the pot and for the most part they looked good but there was one root that did not look great.

Is it in a clear pot? How long have you had it, and have you ever repotted it? What type of media is it potted in? Can you post pix?

Whiterabbit if you want I can try to post pics but I have looked at the roots and they look good, so I think it is just dropping off an old leaf But maybe you can tell me why my phal has four stems, I have only seen them with two but this one has four. Is this normal
