my leaves have gone floppy

Hi,
I have a phalaenopsis orchid that was doing really well, but now one of the bottom leaves has gone floppy and is a little wrinkled,

. I dont know if I over watered it or if it is just dropping off an old leaf, or if I have something else going on. If any one knows what is going on, I would appreciate it.
