Look! Its first flower is going to be up side down!
Stupid little thing, but I really look forward to this bud opening.

You and me both. It doesn't seem to be that common, at least not on the net, but of what I've seen, it's almost too cute for words.
It has started to open its bud now. Maybe I'll be able to take pictures of it tomorrow.

Just a little sneak peak on the opening flower. It still hasn't opened completely, which I thought it would have, but I love it still, being up-side-down and all! It has much more colour than I had expected, which was a very happy surprise.

It IS really cute (although the second flower is a bit wonky). I love the tiny dots!
Here are the first and second flower. As you can see the first flower is better looking over all, except it's blooming up-side-down!

It is so cute! I love the colors and patterns on the flowers a lot. lucky you!
Now is this a mini phal?
I have a super small phal hybrid with flower shape look the same basically. different color though.
Thing is it only has about two flower at a time, but it keeps on adding more buds.
I'd rather have a few to many flowers open at a time. oh, well...
I think mine has pulcherrima in it somewhere.

I don't know if it would qualify as a mini Phal, but it has very small flowers, and rather tiny leaves (but it IS a young plant, so it's a bit hard to tell).
Show us pictures of your mini Phal. It sounds really cute.

I just saw a few pictures of phal Bonita. yours look the best, I'm not kidding!
By the way, is phal Pulcherrima renamed as buyssoniana? some results show phal Bonita is a cross between Stuariana and pulcherrima.

here are the pictures.
It is about 4 inches across, so quite small.
It had a few flowers open at the time of purchase in August. then lost flowers quite quickly and only one or two flower open at a time while continuing to add more buds.
It still has one flower open at the moment with a small new bud forming at the tip.
