I have has this plant for a few years now and love it. It suffered a setback when it got infested with mealies last year but it keikied and this is what happened. The keikis grew a million roots and began life on their own despite still being attached to mom.

I repotted the whole thing, mom and keikis, into a glass sh pot and planted the babes a bit deeper though all of their roots already reached into the water of their last pot.

When orchids attack!

Did it just sprout the keikis or did you help it along? Great root growth though.

Thanks all.

No the keikis are not self made. I had Keiki past I wanted no use up so those who had spikes got a dose. This particular hybrid did not hesitate to use the opportunity.

I have reported them all together now...so hoping ill get an amazing show soon.
