New NOID phal (watermelon pink)

I got this from Trader Joes. It is my new destination!
I've never seen a grocery store selling more than typical white and pink phalaenopsis, and they are charge too much for the quality sometimes.

TJ is like a haven, lots to choose from and only $9-13 per plant. and most except for phals have ID tag. I just need more space.

This new phalaenopsis may not have as many flowers as other phals do, but I love the color and the erect spike habit.
Plant is on the smallish side too, so that is a bonus for me as well. This one for only $9! yay for me

I'm going to call it watermelon pink phal. The color in person is stunning! with the light cream egde, it looks glowing in the afternoon light.

The flowers are gorgeous! I, too, love Trader Joe's. Have to avoid that orchid stand, since I decided not to buy anymore orchids for a few months. Will see how it goes

I have Trader Joe's habit too. If I'm going anywhere near the place, I have to sop in to see what they have. Price is right and selection is good. I highly recommend it.
