I just got one of these too, though not in bloom and have learned (if memory serves correctly, lol) that this is Phal Auspice Niehun x lueddemanniana, a Joseph Wu cross. This cross has been around for several years and is yet to be named.

Hi Judi,
This is right on top of my wish list for the longest time and its not common locally.
Therefore I jumped at the opportunity to do a pre order from Wu when they are here for a local garden show.

Well, you could do two of the three, so I say LD's Bear Queen and the Happy Eagle, or you could save the one pollina for later and just do x LDBQ.

I realized that most crosses with Bear Queen normally end up looking like DTE......
Therefore I am leaning toward my Happy Eagle because it's rounder and color is also better.
More red.
