Discovered two more spikers today, one that I've been hoping would bloom since it has been growing so well (it's a root monster I tell ya); my P. schilleriana, and the second spiker was a complete surprise since the plant is a young one; P. celebensis (do I look forward to this blooming or what?).

I have another potential bloomer too; P. Ambotris (equestris x amboinensis), but it's still too soon to say whether it's a spike or a root that's emerging, it grows in a bit of a wrong place to be a spike, but it looks a wee bit weird to be a root. Who knows, it might be a basal keiki even, but only time can tell.

I'm soooo glad my schill is going to bloom since it's one of my first species Phals and since it has been growing so vigorously.

EDIT:

Totally forgot to add that my P. equestris 'Apari' pink is also working on a spike.
