Phal Buena Jewel 'Joy's Alba'
I bought this plant from Big Leaf Orchids around 18 months ago. It was a good sized plant when I got it, but it took awhile to adjust to my growing conditions. The orchid tried to flower twice previously, but both times the buds blasted.
I have it going good now. It has three spikes, and good active root growth. I only got one flower this time around but it is a start. I am hoping for multiple flowers in the next cycle.
Although it is not the flashiest novelty (near primary) hybrid, for some reason it is one of my favorites.

I ABSOLUTELY love this hybrid!!!!!! I am 99.9% sure that this is the cultivar that Joseph Wu used in his original Joy Spring Canary cross, so it is definitely a plant that has breeding potential!

That is a happy healthy plant. It has definitely adjusted to your settings looking at the crazy roots and shiny robust leaves....the color, texture, shape and form is getting there....you are right that on the next cycle it will produce many bigger flatter blooms
