Default Joy Spring Canary 'Orange'

This was a recent import from Taiwan via Redlands. So the poor thing was cooped up in a box twice, I'm surprised the bloom last this long! Faded, but you get the idea! Hopefully more will be on their way

Lovely! Not bad for travelling half way around the world in a box

I've surprised that the bloom even hung on for that long! Tough little one. Looks like you are going to have some gorgeous blooms on this plant.

Mervin, Yes the flower was beaten up kinda bad in its long travels and I'm hoping that the current spike will give me at least another bloom this year. If not, I'll just have to wait for next year and post a new pic then!

Its a beautiful flower. It has gone through a lot of hardships by the look of its 'raggedy ann' petals...yet it still is true to its form and color....
no worries you will not have to wait a year to have another set of blooms...it will just be in a couple of months or three
