Default Phal. w/extra parts

This plant has bloomed for 5 years, perfect flowers this time they have extra parts, anybody have an idea, desease, culture, mutation of some sort.

The term for this is a 'peloric' flower. Check out

It's seems like a pseudo-peloric (my own term ) where the labellum has taken on the characteristic of the petal or sepal.
I still think it looks like a hairlip

I could have gotten 'Gino' peloric but I chose not to and my non-peloric is in bud .. I find it needs a lot of water (it is growing in chc, charcoal and perlite not sphag)
