Default HD Phalaenopsis-NOID with seed Pod, UPDATE POD HAS BURST!!!

I'de like your advice.

This Phal was put under my care at work. This was the plant that actually what got me hooked.
A Proffessor got it pregnant . You know what I mean, he did it around November. Late November.
When will this pod be ready? Do you think its grown? Is it supposed to swell more?

Here it is now:

Thats the second spike, stunted for the last 5 months or so.

These are the two new leaves it has grown in the last 4-5 months

These are its newest root growths. I think it has happened in the last 3-4 months.

Here is the seed pod, and below, another look!

All the pics and a few more of this plant can be seen in my gallery.
