What do you want to know about Doritaenopsis? It's a cross between a Phalaenopsis and a Doritis. A Doritis is a terrestrial orchid and it grows in brighter light than a phalaenopsis. For that reason they can usually tolerate a little more light than a phal and they shouldn't be as prone to root rot as phals are. I'm not sure why breeders crossed the two species but it may be to get a higher flower count or to reduce the size of the plant. Doritis is smaller than phal..
But your plant certainly isn't small. That's a healthy, well grown orchid. Good job.
