Phalaenopsis Tzu Chiang Tetralitz
I got this from Peter Lin at Big Leaf Orchids. This is a cross of tetrapsis var green x micholitzii var green, and yet I got a near pure white flower. The bloom is nice and glossy, all white in the center and slowly becoming more cream towards the edges of the sepals and petals. It's 2" wide, and barely more than that tall, and seems to be quite a prolific bloomer, as I've blasted 5 buds since I received it from him, and yet this and 5 others remain (That's over 2+ months). There's also a touch of purple on the lip, similar to Phal tetrapsis. I've gotta recommend this little guy to any and all. Thanks for looking.

Such a nice primary! Yeah, using an alba tetraspis as well as anything with micholitzii, I would be surprised if you didn't get a white flower. It is amazing how much colour micholitzii can wipe out.

Jarad, Very nice.
I have one of these too. Just waiting for the bloom to pop open. Should be any day now.
Can I ask, what color were your buds before they opened? Mine are a medium lime green and was hoping for a nice green flower, but the color may not come thru when the flowers open.

Sure Judi. I've been talking with Peter about the all white/cream color, and he says he's seen this in a few of his that bloomed out. He thinks more green color may come out with blooms that open in warmer summer. So, I'm interested to see if mine remain all white, or switch on and off like tetrapsis likes to do with colors.
My buds were a very light green, though mostly white right before they opened. I'd guess a more green bud would mean a more green flower. Good luck, and let us see pics when they open.

Thanks Jarad.
Can't wait to see what blooms out for me.
Having a plant that bloomed out white and then green would be nice for sure. Be hard to get tired of that.
I'll be sure to post a pic when it does bloom

I have this cross too, for six months now and it just sits there and sprouting new leaves.
No sign of spiking yet.....
