PHAL and DEN PHAL disaster!!! :( S.O.S

hello everyone, im new in this forum, i have a small greenhouse, its divided in cloud forest, lowland rainforest, the differences in these climates are archived thanks to the shadecloth, stronh hours of sunlight in the lowland area, fogging systems in the clouth forest as well as being next to a brick wall wich is always damp makes this area colder, all my orchids in the cold area thrive perfectly, they bloom every year and grow very well, my problem is in the lowland area,i have some orchids such as an unidentified renanthera that is about to bloom, myrmecophylla, oncidiums, and some epidendrums and encyclias, all thes plants are also healthy, my problem is with dendrobium phalaenopsis and phalaenopsis, i simply can´t groww them, every time i buy one they die!, but i would really like to have, so i hope you can helpme, please tell me what are the cond in wich phals grow to improve.
