Phalqenopsis Leaves limp and wrinkley

Hello,
I am new to trying to grow orchids and only have this one, but I have been noticing that one leaf was thinner and almost wrinkley looking, I have it in a West window with blinds cracked open for light and I water it once a week. I have been sticking my finger down into the mossy stuff it came in and it is always damp. I dont know if I am over watering or under watering, please help as I dont want to loose this plant. I can upload a pic if someone wants to see it.
