Default Mambo x Marie's Delight 'Dark Red'
This has just flowered for me since I bought it earlier in the year.
The flower is very waxy and has a pleasant fragrance.
I have been watering my phals today and have found quite a few are producing spikes.

There seems to be a lot of small, fragrant, red phals around lately. I bought a couple of them last year. Yours is beautiful and having phal mambo as one of the parents means there's a good chance it could be a very nice plant as it gets bigger. Good growing.
