Sin Yuan Golden Beauty in bloom again
My Sin Yuan Golden Beauty is in flower again. This was my first ever named orchid.
The colour is better this time than last time. It was more yellowy last time, and more of a peachy colour this time. The first two pictures were taken today, the third one shows the yellower colour last time it bloomed.
The plant also seems in better heath this time and I think that has influenced the colour because it's been kept in the same place with the same light.

Gorgeous! I think I remember it from earlier. Temperature will also influence color to some extent, so maybe the crappy chilly summer has something to do with it.

Thanks everyone
It was more this colour when I bought it in flower, so I was disappointed when the first re-bloom was so pale. Glad it seems to have a better colour again now.
I'm not sure what affected it. The last flowering was in January so very different weather conditions, but my notes on this orchid do indicate that I felt it was not overall very healthy when it was blooming last time and according to the notes I even considered removing the spike. It seems to be doing well though now

Funny, I didn't used to like these colour combinations but I've really taken to them over the course of this year. The peachy colour you've got this time is really striking
