My new Phals, finally!
Ok, so of course due to the HUGE postal strike we had in Canada, it took FOREVER to get my order. So I have finally got them, and I am very pleased with them, except one didn't have the best of the best roots, but it is getting worked out with the vendor, so no further comments there.
So here is a group shot with all the names.

Phal. violacea var. alba with an itty bitty new leaf. I also think there is a spike developing, but I am not sure, as it is just poking out of the side of the plant. I am about 70% sure it is a spike and obviously 30% sure it is a root.
Phal. Mamba ( amboinensis x mannii) with its' spike that I think is extending, so I might be getting buds from this one.

Phal. Sigrid Grote [ lobbii x (Sara Lee x Brother Passat)]. This is the only one that I know for sure that I will not be getting any blooms in the near future, but I see the remains of two previous spikes.

I will make new threads for each individual as they come into bloom, and for the violacea var. alba if it is really growing a spike! I love my new phallies!

Your plants look in excellent health. I would get rid of the moss unless you like it. I have one phal left in moss but it's in spike and I don't want to disturb it - my moss is just a lump of 'something' now LOL!

I absolutely LOVE moss! I couldn't imagine growing in bark! I would only leave pure sphag for my phals when they go into a pot larger than 5", and I would simply add some bark.

LOL I love moss as a plant but to grow orchids in it ain't my cup of of java. How do you keep your moss so fabulous???? I would use it if it didn't clump up like cement lol.

Beautiful phals.
I have ordered couple orchids from Paramount too and now seeing yours in such excellent shape makes my waiting even more anxious , but due to "recent labour disruption" tracking shows undetermined delivery date...
Enjoy your phallies.

The reason why my moss is SO fabulous is because it is new and I recently repotted/added new moss, like yesterday !
