Great looking plants there, and you got spikes too! I can't wait to see the bloom pics!

That moss does look great!

I am only successful with moss when my phals are in small pots, but I have to agree with Kelo that it's like cement when it dries.

Enjoy!

All of my other phals potted in sphagnum still look fabulous. I repot them as I get them, so the oldest one is about three months old!

aHA! Soooo, in 6 months we will know if you have spongy, springy moss or just several lumps! :D

I am definitely looking forward to smelling these flowers, as I know that the violaceas are fragrant, and from what I have heard, even the cornu-cervi flava and the Mambo will be fragrant.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I thought I would also add that I plant on making the cross of (violacea var. Sumatra x cornu-cervi var. flava) when they bloom, and maybe even (Mambo x violacea var. Sumatra) To bad I won't have anything in bloom for when my violacea var. alba blooms . . .

You could always buy something in bloom when the violacea var. alba blooms
