Should I cut prune this spike?
Default Should I cut prune this spike?

I got this plant a year ago as a housewarming gift from a friend. It was called something like "Just add ice" or something about ice. It came with two spikes and I've been treating it well and it has been in constant bloom now for 12 months. I figured I might eventually get a keiki, but the spikes just keeps branching. Now there are six growing ends of flower spikes, which is too much for this little plant; it only has about one open flower at a time anymore.

Would you cut the stems all the way back, or just prune off the side spikes? I'm afraid if I cut them all the way back I won't have flowers for another year, and I'm not stoked about having a NOID with no flowers in my window for a year. Thoughts?
