Default Phalaenopsis × intermedia

Phalaenopsis × intermedia is a natural hybrid. The parents are Phalaenopsis aphrodite and Phalaenopsis equestris. The plant itself is more like equestris than aphrodite.

Just beautiful! I love the three-dimensionality of the flowers. I don't understand the hype around flat blooms - this is so much more dynamic!

Well done.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words.
The clone is the most widely grown one. It is believed that the clone has been grown for several decades.

I did not cut off the old spike.
The plant now blooms again in its terminal spike.
