Well, I hate buying an orchid that isn't in bloom only to get it to bloom and it's not what you paid for. I'm sure it happens all the time, and hopefully not someone trying to sell something, but an accident.
Now, that said, I was still pleased with the blooms, and it's a real stunner for a potential NoID. It's supposed to be Phal Ming Hsing Yellow Boy, so it's not even close. It may be a Brother Little Yellow Boy, only because the label is close, but I can't be sure.

Honestly, I bought it a year+ ago, and dont have any info on who I actually bought it from. I could narrow it down, but without being sure, I wouldn't want to be a pest.
