Believe it or not, but it wasn't my first choice phal to grow. I originally bought it last year because it was 'smaller' and bright and cheerful and I thought I'd give it to my boyfriend to look after as he wanted to try his hand at house plants, in addition to those in the garden which he looks after. Anyway, once it was 'in situ', I decided that it was indeed far too nice to be handed over to a house plant/ orchid first timer so I took charge of Mini Mark and my boyfriend got one of my many lily divisions
It worked out quite well though, his lily (which he named Cynthia) is growing very well and has lots of flowers at the moment and so is mini mark (which I named David after my boyfriend as he so very nearly 'owned' it

)
