Phal. Crown Rot? Female
Default Phal. Crown Rot?

Hey there! I was walking around an orchid nursery and came across two phals in the trash! Naturally, I scooped them out and took them home. One of them had root rot, but seems to be doing pretty well (the first pic). The other one has a really good-looking root system, but looks to be suffering from crown rot...I've never had to deal with crown rot, so I have no idea how to treat it. I don't even know if it is crown rot!? Help! Thanks, in advance!

Yes it has /or had crown rot in pict . 2,3,4 all you can do is set it aside water a little and it might grow a basal keiki from the base of the existing plant, not much you can do for the original plant . The first picture looks like you can save it .. Gin
