How cute! Seems to be the season for them, everyone seems to have them in bloom right now. One of my favorite Phals, but I have to get a new one mine is permanently weakened from a bad case of mealies 2 years ago.

Camille, I am currently fighting mealy bugs also. I have only seen a few but they can hide so well that there may be more than just a few. The oil spray seems to work well for me so I think I will spray the whole greenhouse tomorrow.

Just as a warning, Mini Mark is extremely susceptible to mealies. I had phals next to it that had zero or only a few mealies, while mini mark was absolutely invaded by them. And every time the mealies would reappear, it would be on Mini Mark. It's like a mealy magnet. One place they love to hide on this plant is at the base of the flower petioles, under the little green 'flap'.

Hello fellow Mini Phal lovers,
I am on my first one, which I obtained at a greenhouse near Apopka, FL in Feb. (not Krull-Smith). It had no name, but has dark dark leaves and white flowers heavily smudged with medium rose-pink. Does anyone have any ideas? I need to learn how to get a photo from my camera to the computer!
