I won't say that I'm a species person, just very picky when it comes to hybrids. For phals I prefer the primary (or near primary) hybrids. Basically the ones that look closest to species, lol.

I'm with you both, though I only grow a couple of Phals, two species and two primary hybrids - mostly cool-growing stuff.
