My first yellow noid phal in bloom...attacked!

It is a pretty bloom. I am so sorry about the caterpillar's bite. But there is hope for the bloom from the rest of the buds.

I actually sat down and had a good cry when my first spike broke.

last meal indeed. took a pliers pull it out of the flower and crashed the thing...big fat hairy thing...

but remember, caterpillars become moths and butterflies, and they are good to have around. I "re-locate" caterpillars found on orchids
