Well here are some pics. The first one shows it as it was yesterday morning, then I staked the spikes in the second picture to pull them more upright. The base below the branching has grown taller as well as the spikes themselves, since the last picture.

So where was the third spike tip coming from? From the base or in the fork of the other 2 spikes?

Can't wait to see blooms! I'm thinking that these 2 spikes may look nicer unstaked, so the arc over. But then again it's a matter of personal preference, I never stake anything, I don't like upright spikes!

Hi Camille, it was coming from the same place as the two, just beside one of them.

Basically there were three tips, one of them didn't grow after my first picture, the other two turned into the two spikes. Meanwhile the section below the three tips also grew moving the fork up.

Very cool! Thanks for the update. You always hope for a branching phal spike, but this is even better!

Look how big they got!! I actually think they may look better staked. As long as they aren't staked higher. This way the blooms would make the spike arch. But like izzie said, it's up to you

Thanks for sharing

Looking good. Can't wait to see more pictures soon and to hear what's going on with the 3rd one.
