Thought I'd post a couple of pics of this Sogo Grape...it's been in bloom for awhile. It's not my favorite, but still I like the bloom on it...

Nice shots!! I have a Sogo Grape, too. It is so hard to photograph because of the color. Good job!!
I love the plastic-like substance of the flowers...

Ooh, that's really nice. I like how the flower is so shiny, too. mspatt, I never thought of it that way, but they do almost look plastic!

Thanks guys. Surprisingly Ted, it doesnt have a smell. I always thought these had a grape like smell. I wondor if strong sunlight triggers the smell on these?
