cool...thanks dennis...just trying to guage mine here....i cut a spike when it was 6" cause i thought it was too small...im an idiot

It's so nice and green.
Is that a spike?
Are the leaves of phals suppose to be kind of floppy?
Mine are very stiff and hard ..
I think that might be due
to the temps and light ..
I don't have them under any other light (or heat)
but what the sun provides.
Any one have any other ideas what it could be from

It is because it is a young plant , equestris leaves are usually not stiff like the hybrids . Also humidity plays a part in it .

Great friend! I love how healthy and happy the plants look! How did you get the leaves so shiny? I usually just wipe mine with a soft damp cloth, but they never get that shine.
