I am wowed and worried...
I added keiki paste to one of my chid babies and uh, IT'S ALIVE.
Can someone tell me what ma I supposed to do with/to/or because of this.
I feel like a mad scientist.
It worked! For now just give it time to develop. As growth develops you will probably get a handful of keikis that may be difficult to separate from one another. Cross that bridge later. For now, just don't get too close.
be happy !
& Most of all be patient!!!
you will have to wait until they all grow roots...(3 one inch roots minimum ?) someone will chime in with the 'proper' lengths of roots etc..)Just take it one step at a time...Good luck & keep us posted
Keiki paste will give some weird looking keikis sometimes, and yours looks like something from a haunted house!
Now all you can do is sit back and admire your 'creation' while you wait for it to take on a life of it's own. Hopefully once all those keikis are big enough and have decent roots it will be a bit clearer on how to go about separating them!

A couple of them may even die off leaving the better plantlets to mature, you still have quite a wait before you can do anything with them as you do need roots on them before they can be divided or planted as an impressive cluster of plants.
Thanks for the advice and the warning (looking for a 10ft pole now). I kinda love it tho. I have been watching this phal for a little while and it's grown on me ha ha! I added paste to a few others in my tribe and what remarkable results. I have more spikes and keikis and swollen nodes that I thought I would get. Love and highly recommend the keiki grow plus to all. Thanks again for all the feedback.
