i bought a cute mini phal and there was a half inch spike and about a month later the spike is the same size. I dont know what is wrong?

I've come accross stalled spikes before. It may have been due to change in enviroment, or maybe it does not like something about the new enviroment.

The only thing you can realy do is give it the best care possible and hope it starts up again but it may not.

If you have not already I would also advise checking the roots are in good condition inside the medium.
