Hi Chris - I'm sure the plant is just fine.

to get more replies to your posts you should go to the forums page http://www.orchidboard.com/community/ - and post in an appropriate forum - in this case the Phalaenopsis forum (hybrids), or beginner discussion forum.

The plant sounds fine if it's just a leaf with damage. Are the roots good?
