I've had Phals with the undersides of foliage being purple - as someone mentioned it can be natural in some species, as well as hybrids with dark blooms. I also have had some show a bit of purple on upper side of foliage - I think that is from high light - tho not necessarily too much (foliage isn't burning) and having dark blooms.
It could be possible as Pilot stated that it's a combination of high light (short of burning) and a good degree of difference between day and night temps. We do have a big differential between day and night temps where I live, especially in summer.

I think your plant looks fine, and there is probably nothing to worry about.

I have one which has always had a tendency to be more purple on the underside of the leaves and moving it to lower light made no difference to the new leaves so I just leave it with all the rest now.

I have noticed though that the leaves produced while the plant was under stress (rotted roots, nothing to do with the light) the leaves it produced were even more purple, darker even than the pics above. Those leaves stay that colour whatever the light conditions I put it in. The new leaves being produced now the plant is happier again are starting to get paler on the under side, still purple tinted but back how they used to be.

It's just observation, but it seems to me that a plant that tends towards purple may show it more when under stress.
