Phal Cassandra
The parentage is Phal equestris v. aurea x Phal stuartiana
I absolutely LOVE this one!
Picked it up today from Paul Phelps at Greenfest 2010 in Tampa today.
Just ooo-too cute to leave there, for sure!

That's really nice, Sue! Looks like it's going to have a flower that appears mostly like equestris but spikes more like stuartiana.

Paul had a number of them at the show. If they're not on the web site, you can try emailing him to see what stock they have left
You won't be disappointed, it's lovely
The chids were of course the first stop I made and SO many people commented on this plant as we made our rounds :clooud9:

It's really windy here today so I decided to move this one into a safer place than where it was hanging, it was getting knocked around pretty good.
I did good, right?
WRONG!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I put it totally under the covered part of the lanai, looked so pretty
...until a freaky wind came and actually swung the entire plant at such an angle that it dropped from the hook and snapped the whole spike off!
Just saying

Sorry to here that. But this is why I never put Phals outside. Their spikes with flowers are great sails.
