Probably all hybrids. The first looks like it could be either amabilis or aphrodite, but it's probably a hybrid too. No way to know for sure without a tag.
All three are different forms of Phalaenopsis Noideacus, a hybrid endemic to places like Big Box stores.
With no tag it's essentially impossible to identify a hybrid Phalaenopsis. There are hundreds of thousands of them, and many look so similar as to be virtually identical. Your best bet is to simply enjoy the plants.
