Default Phal. Ever Spring King?

Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you all the new harlequin, phalaenopsis orchid my parents got for me at Wal-Mart today. They surprised me with it when they came home. The plant looks really healthy and has lots of blooms. It's from Costa Farms (Just Add Ice & Orchids Are Easy Nursery) in Maimi, but it isn't tagged. But, it looks a awful lot Phal. Ever Spring King. Enjoy everyone!

Really nice. I've still not got a harlequin but your pics remind me how much I want one.

It's a keeper, Amanda, a really beauty.

A word of caution...I've been noticing that the shipment of Phals to WalMart down here in S. Fla. (from the same vendor as yours) have all been in pots without any holes. They used to arrive in the typical plastic orchid pots (with the holes along with bottoms) sitting in decorative pots. Now, only some are in plastic pots and there aren't any holes and others are planted directly into the decorative pots with no holes at all, either.

Aside from that faux pas, all the Phals this year at Costa Farms are looking very healthy.

Enjoy and happy growing!
