Question Newest Flower is smaller....Why?

Hey how are all of you?? i have a Phal and the name is Phal. Sogo Yukidian 'Odom's Snowfall' Fantastic flowers!!!!! i wont post a pic untill they all open! 9 buds it is the plants second blooming in its entire life so its young. well there is only the remains of one bloom spike. Huge plant! Odoms is amazing!

The first flower is huge! 4 maybe 5 inches! the second flower is alot smaller. why???? is it something i did?? will the next flowers progressively get smaller???? please help me

I've seen this, in my experience usually the second (and subsequent) flowers open when smaller than the first but carry on growing once open.

It's seemed to be a pattern on many of my phals. I would be interested to know whether that second flower of yours carrys on growing and whether in a week or so's time you can see the same difference in size.
