Default Now Appearing ~Phals

This is the season for phals and mine are just getting started... I think the cool temps in the G/H have caused things to be a bit later this year... None of these are in full bloom but I wanted to catch the rich color before they begin to fade, since things are soooo slow!!! Of course, I do have a disclaimer as most of you can appreciate.... I won't guarantee any of the names but what you see is what is on the tag!

These two, along with two or three others were purchased a couple of years ago while I was visiting family in Florida. All of them had the same name tags!

This is one of the first 6 chids with which I started several years ago....

They'e gorgeous and I'm envious...mine are not that far along in bud. I do think the cold has really slowed everyone down, I'll probably have summer bloomers this year!

Looking beautiful, Doc. I still remember your pics from last year of your GH with all the gorgeous Phal blooms. This has been the slowest spiking I remember also. I'm far behind you. The spikes are still growing and only a few are just beginning to show signs of buds. So. Fla. had a very long, hot autumn which is probably why it's taken longer this season.

Beautiful and great pictures from the blooms! The Exotic Twist is very rich in color! Nice plant!
