Stunning phal!! Even on a normal phal the colors would be very nice, but the semi peloric touch really makes it look awesome! Hopefully it will stay peloric in future bloomings.

Wow, what a beautly. As Camille said that's wonderful colours even if it was normal but the semi-peloric makes it look stunning.
Sammy, peloric is when the petals mimic the lip. In a full peloric it will almost completly mimic the lip. There are then lots of orchids which are somewhere in between. This one is only slightly peloric with that spike like bit in the center of each petal.
Generally with peloric orchids the same orchid can be found in a 'normal' form and sometimes it will revert back to a normal form in future bloomings.

Great colors! I too was at the big orange box store today and they were putting away a new shipment of orchids. I debated for about 20 minutes and decided against getting one a very similar color to yours! Excellent decision on your part, even if your wife had a say in it
