I think KiKi-do is frozen up, she got hit much harder with the snow than me.

We woke up to frozen grass! It looks like it snowed a little!!!

Partly cloudy in the evening then clearing. Lows in the upper 20s near the coast and in the lower 20s inland. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Lowest wind chill readings 7 to 17 after midnight.
Tuesday
Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Lowest wind chill readings 10 to 20 in the morning.
