Very nice! I'm not a Phal specialist but it grows in a very different way, compared to the hybrids (the ones that like moss and a plastic pot). Congrats!

Yea SUE!!! WoW. Nice bloom.
I grew mine in a large vivarium, it spiked and gave me three flowers a few months ago. Right before the winter. The spikes are still growing, but the buds have stunted. I moved it to my orchidarium. Hopefully now that I will be misting it by hand every day, and that it will be getting higher humidity, and more light, I'm crossing my fingers that it will bloom again. I fell in love with the flower type of P. lobbii, and now am looking to acquire P. gibbosa, and P. parishii, + their hybrids. Congrats Sue. Let us know how long they flower for.

Definitely worth the wait, look at all those buds! Please post a picture when they all open
No orchidarium...but it did take a while to figure out where she was happiest She likes it just an inch or two outside of the brightest area in the room and loves to get a shower

Way to go Sue. I think I remember all of your moves with this one. Didn't you change your mount with her a couple of times or just location?
