Default It's like I'm a NoID Phal-magnet!!!

My grandmother has been admiring my orchids for a while, and she's dropped the odd hint about how she likes the yellow ones. She's great with all kinds of house plants so I've no idea how she's resisted an orchid for so long. I mean they literally leap into my basket at the supermarket!

So I bought her this one. She goes into hospital on Monday so I thought it would cheer her up.

It's got a second spike that isn't quite ready to bloom and some great looking silvery roots with green root tips so I think it'll do well for her... everything crossed!

How sweet to get her a yellow Phalaenopsis to cheer her up. I'm sure she will like it. Hope she'll be out of hospital soon!
