Purple Phalaenopsis

This evening at Home Depot I saw a Phal that was almost completely purple, even the spike. It was very small with several rounded leaves. What type of Phal could this be? Would it require slightly different care? I was intrigued by this little plant. It reminded me of my favorite African Violet hybrid, Happy Cricket. Any insight into this would be much appreciated.

Many pink/purple phals show this coloration on the leaves/spike. It's not unusual. The one you saw sounds line a mini.....perhaps a
Sogo hybrid. Care is the same as for any phal.
