One of my first orchids was purchased in February 2003 and had a label hidden on the side of the pot.Phal. 'Pink Twilight' rebloomed for me twice a year (winter and summer) until this past July, when it commenced blooming and has been in bloom ever since. When the present blooms are entertaining me there are 2 or 3 little buds at the tip of the stem that are developing to bloom when the current flowers die.
Would it be of benefit to the plant if I cut the stem to stop the perpetual blooming?
