This is a cross between Phal. bellina and Phal. Yungho Gelb Canary. It was just registered on 2/18/2009, which is why you couldn't find it in OW yet. I found it on the RHS website.

bellina x Yungho Gelb Canary is Penang Moonbright This is violacea x Yungho Gelb Canary. I'm pretty certain Ooi said Moonlight, but I could be mistaken. Someone will register it someday.

Sorry Ben...you are correct about the cross I pointed out earlier...my mistake. I misread the info on the RHS website.
