How Many Blooms?
I have a white phalaenopsis with 26 flowers on it. I just wondered? What was the most blooms you ever had on one plant?

I think I had arround 24 on one, but I bought it that way so can't claim credit.
I had 12 on one I re-bloomed this year and I think that is about the most I have got for myself.
I think 26 is a very good blooming. Do you have any pics? I would love to see them.

Picture
Hopfully this works. I have never attached a picture before. I had to take the picture at an angle, to see all the blossoms(not as pretty at this angle). As you can see blossoms 22,23,24,25, 26 are at the top and are still buds. The two top blossoms just opened on the weekend.

How did you ever get so many flower spikes to grow ? That is totally awsome . The most flowers on any one plant on mine was 23 , and it had that many on it when I bought it .

I wish I had the magic answer Brush but the plant just likes it where it is. I received the plant as a Christmas present in Dec. 07. This is it's second full bloom. Last year, it was in bloom all year except for six weeks in the late fall when it shot up another spike and produced another leaf. The second blooms came out before Christmas 08 and they have not fallen off yet and don't appear to be in any hurray.

Wow, that's incredible. Must be a floriferous hybrid, besides being REALLY happy! How big are the flowers? Just wondering because usually more flowers usually means somewhat smaller flowers.
I've seen pictures of certain hybrids like this that can develop long spikes that hang straight down from the weight of all the blooms they hold, some having 75 or more! I'd love to get my hands on one of those!
